The roster includes globally renowned clubs like Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and River Plate, as well as lesser-known contenders such as Red Bull Salzburg, Ulsan HD, Mamelodi Sundowns, and Auckland City. Each confederation was allocated slots based on competitive performance, while Inter Miami secured the host nation berth as the U.S. representative.

GLOBAL GLORY AND A $1B PRIZE POOL
With a $1 billion prize pool, the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup offers far more than just bragging rights. Every participating team is guaranteed compensation, with payouts ranging from $3.58 million to over $38 million based on their confederation and seeding. As clubs advance, the stakes climb higher—finalists earn $30 million, and the champion secures an additional $40 million, bringing the winner’s total haul to as much as $125 million. Complementing the financial rewards is a new trophy designed in collaboration with Tiffany & Co., debuting for this landmark tournament. Finished in 24-carat gold and engraved in more than a dozen languages, the trophy is inspired by the Voyager Golden Records launched into space in 1977, capturing the global spirit and enduring legacy of the world’s most beautiful game.
